Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RaiderZ (the "Service"), operated by Xongsoft Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service, which is intended for adults only. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend or reclaim accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized third-party software; harass or harm other players; disrupt or attack the Service; sell, buy or transfer accounts or virtual items for real money outside channels we authorize; or attempt to access systems or data without authorization. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Virtual items and in-game content

Any virtual currency, items or content within the Service are licensed to you, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may modify, manage or remove virtual items at any time.

Purchases and refunds. The Service may let you buy virtual credits ("Zen") and other virtual items. Once Zen has been used or spent, that purchase is non-refundable. As payments are handled by third-party providers (PayPal, Wise or Pix), any refund request must be made directly to the provider that processed your payment, through that provider's own system and rules — for example, a purchase made through PayPal is handled via PayPal. Nothing here limits any mandatory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under your local consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, artwork, logos and trademarks, is owned by Xongsoft Studios and/or its licensors and is protected by law. "RaiderZ" and related marks are the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. names, messages, screenshots), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases this clause applies only to the extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xongsoft Studios from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
