This update resolves issues involving VIP Coupons, position synchronization, character builds, and secondary weapons.

### VIP Coupon

- Fixed an issue that prevented VIP Coupons from granting the correct number of VIP days.

- Coupons are now consumed correctly after use.

- Players who used a coupon while the issue was active received a replacement through in-game mail.

### Position Synchronization

- Improved character position synchronization for more accurate movement.

- Fixed mount position synchronization to provide smoother and more consistent movement.

### Second Build Skills

Fixed an issue that caused some learned skills in the second build to become hidden after reconnecting.
