This message clarifies a specific case which, due to its severity and repetition, requires full transparency with the community.
We normally do not publish character names associated with disciplinary actions. However, in this case we are disclosing the characters involved to protect players and prevent further victims.
After investigation, we confirmed that a single individual used multiple characters — many created specifically to trade items and commit scams — then deleted those characters after a victim was targeted. The offender's main account was banned, but they returned to the server, created new characters and resumed the fraudulent activity.

The player has been permanently banned. Any new account or character created by this individual will be banned immediately and permanently. While we normally allow players to return by creating new accounts, repeated fraud and scam activity will not be tolerated.
Important safety guidance for players:
- Avoid trading with unknown players, especially newly created or very low-level characters.
- Be cautious when a trader requests unusual terms or attempts to rush a deal.
- If an offer looks suspicious, do not accept it. Confirm identity through previous trades, known reputations, or public profiles when possible.
- Report any suspicious behavior or confirmed scam attempts to the staff immediately.
