Staff Permissions and Accountability Update

Staff permissions have been revised to strengthen transparency, accountability, and player trust.

Effective immediately, staff members other than Satoshi retain only the following permissions:

- Teleport to a player

- Bring a player to their location

- Enable God Mode

- Become invisible

- Mute a player for up to 24 hours

- Move freely between maps

All other permissions have been revoked, including:

- Spawning NPCs

- Creating or granting items

- Directly modifying loot or player progression

### Restricted Administrative Permissions

Only Satoshi retains NPC-spawning and item-creation permissions. These powers may be used exclusively for:

- Official events announced in advance

- Compensation for verified technical issues submitted through support tickets

Every administrative action is logged with its time, identifier, and quantity. Public summaries may be released when relevant.

### Auditing and Enforcement

Past and future staff activity will be audited, including teleports, player movement, God Mode, invisibility, mutes, NPC spawns, and item grants.

Misuse may result in:

- A formal warning

- Suspension or removal from the staff role

- Reversal of items, currency, or other benefits

- Game or community bans, depending on severity

When appropriate, a summary of the action taken will be published for transparency.

### Requesting Support or Compensation

Open a support ticket and provide:

- Date and time in GMT−3

- Map and channel

- Players involved

- Screenshots, video, or relevant chat records

The evidence will be reviewed before any compensation is granted.
