New Cash Shop Items, VIP Buff, and Balance Adjustments

This update introduces new items and a VIP benefit alongside several gameplay and visual adjustments.

### New Additions

- Added the Gender Box to the Gold Bellepso NPC.

- Added the Gender Box to the Cash Shop.

- Added Solvent to the Cash Shop.

- Added a buff available exclusively to VIP players.

### Adjustments

- Fixed tattoo visuals in the Salon.

- Increased the damage of the Epic Tower in Mt. Eda.

- Increased the damage of the Epic Tower in BSB.

- Updated Heavenly items to allow trading.

- Reduced the cooldown of Hermit’s Ring and Soul Orb to one minute.

### Christmas Event Cleanup

Removed the Santa Doming NPCs following the conclusion of the Christmas event.
