Server Performance, World Boss, and Compensation Update

This update introduces major server optimizations and adjustments to the Arek and Halmain World Boss encounters.

We apologize for the 90 minutes of server downtime required to apply these changes.

### VIP Compensation

Three days of VIP status were granted to all player accounts.

### Server Performance

Optimized server processing to improve responsiveness during periods of high activity.

- Server ticks previously exceeded 1,000 milliseconds under stress.

- Following the optimization, tick times remained below 25 milliseconds.

- Reduced Stamina regeneration delays that could exceed five seconds.

- Significantly reduced position desynchronization during combat.

### Arek and Halmain

- Adjusted the maximum health of both World Bosses.

- Reduced the damage contribution required to receive rewards through in-game mail.

- Arek and Halmain no longer recover health after resetting.

### Aranbas Volcano

Added an option that allows players to reset their faction in Aranbas Volcano.
