Lunatic Sorcerer Ur says creating the Magic Core requires two ingredients. Defeat the Skeletons in the Cemetery and collect some Bone Powder. After that, go to the western end of the Cemetery to defeat Madman Jacob and acquire the Rotting Heart.[br]
