Accidental Item Deletion Recovery Process

A support procedure has been introduced for accidental item deletion requests.

If you accidentally delete an item, open a ticket through the appropriate Discord support channel and provide as much information as possible, including:

- The item name as displayed by the crafting NPC

- The date on which the item was deleted

- A screenshot, if available

- Any other details that may help identify the item

Items can only be recovered when the accidental deletion can be verified through server logs. Each request requires a detailed review of the item’s history, so processing may take between **one and seven days**, depending on the support workload.

Please use the ticket system instead of sending recovery requests through private messages. This helps the team track each case and prevents requests from being overlooked.
