Ronin Event Reward Fix and Compensation

An issue introduced during the June 12 patch prevented the Ronin event in Ingen from granting rewards for approximately 24 hours.

The issue has been fixed, and the Ronin reward system is working correctly again.

As compensation, a **Gold Bellpeso Box** was delivered through in-game mail to every player who logged in during the affected 24-hour period.
