Winter Event Balance and Bug Fixes

This update introduces balance changes and fixes for the winter event.

### Updates and Additions

- Added a message showing where Strong Bonfire can be used.

- Added a buff to areas where Strong Bonfire is available.

- Added **5 Gold Bellpeso** to the Snowman’s drops.

- Increased the Snowman’s respawn time from 30 minutes to one hour.

- Increased the duration of the Snowman’s buff from 30 minutes to one hour.

### Bug Fixes and Balance Changes

- Fixed unintended teleportation involving Treasure Guardian’s Spirit in HH2.

- Fixed Frozen Diago not resetting its defense correctly.

- Reduced Diago’s defense scaling after its health reaches 50%.

- Fixed a visual issue affecting the Frozen Yillis mount.

- Increased the defense of Frozen Yillis’s Ice Cage.

- Fixed Yillis in Riode repeatedly using the Ice Barrier skill.
