Server Restart Compensation and Escape Skill Adjustment

Following the previous update, the server had to be restarted three times because of unexpected issues. We apologize for the disruption.

### Compensation

The following compensation was granted to all players:

- All daily quests were reset, allowing them to be completed again.

- Three days of VIP status were added to every account.

### Escape Skill Adjustment

Escape skills for all classes can no longer be canceled after activation.

This change makes the escape mechanic more reliable and prevents an activated skill from being interrupted unintentionally.
